Investor & Licensee Information

Midway Environmental Associates, Inc. is currently seeking investors who wish to assist Midway in bringing the WoodBrik™ into widespread production and into the building materials market-place.

As mentioned elsewhere, the product has been patented, and a mass production facility has been established near Pueblo Colorado. The production equipment is in place, raw materials contracts have been finalized, and product backorders are being accepted. In addition, Midway has developed numerous other intellectual properties and technologies. It is now planning to organize an appropriate LLC to seek out financing for these interests.

Currently, operating capital is being sought for the final stage of pilot production.
